In my needs assessment proposal for Ocwen Technology Xchange, prepared as an assignment for EME5601 (5601needsassessment.doc), I proposed gathering both qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of stakeholders (page 8 ). This included both participants in existing programs and non-participants because non-participation was a part of the identified performance gap. It also included interviews internal staff members from the help desk who were in a position to identify frequently asked questions from the target learners.
