In my needs assessment proposal for Ocwen Technology Xchange, prepared as an assignment for EME5601 (5601needsassessment.doc), I defined the performance gap that existed in the REALTrans training as system by comparing actual attendance levels and costs (page 4) with needed attendance levels and costs (page 4) for the training program. This clearly illustrated the need to design a training system that would triple current participation levels while cutting costs in half.
