Although I did not have the opportunity to take EDF5445 while in the ISD program, I have completed several human learning assessments in other coursework, as well as on the job. My final project for EME5603, a print based lesson on calculating one's own bonus at Ocwen Technology Xchange (5603bonuslesson.doc) included a post test (5603postest.doc) that was designed to evaluate whether the instructional goals were achieved as well as an attitude survey (5603attitude.doc) designed to measure learner reactions to the training. I frequently utilized Kirkpatrick level one and two assessments such as these on the job to measure learning. In addition, while at Ocwen Technology Xchange, I led a Six Sigma project that focused on level 3 (transfer) and level 4 (organizational effectiveness) of the training.
