I believe that management competencies represent one of my strongest skill areas. In addition to taking a lead role as project management in several group projects in my FSU coursework, I have worked extensively in management for more than 20 years in my career. This has included at various times, responsibility for budget preparation, project planning and control, staff supervision, and cross functional project leadership. My project teams have established a track record of on time, on budget delivery of high quality results, resulting in my project teams at Ocwen Technology Xchange earning special recognition from the CEO of the company for our thorough planning and predictable high quality execution. While conducting a Point of Sale System implementation for the Krystal company during my first semester at FSU, I was awarded the Consultant of the Quarter award by Modis IT (out of over 4000 consultants) for my work in designing and leading the training of a mission critical Point of Sale System replacement at over 400 sites while supervising a team over more than 25 trainers.
