I have become skilled in utilizing a wide variety of computer software on the job. Software programs that I have utilized to create training projects include:

• All Microsoft Office products, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio. I have also designed training courses and delivered training to end users for these products.
• Database programs, including Access, MS-SQL, and Progress software. I have used these products to create data access pages for use in tracking student progress in my computer based training products, as well as testing and exams. An example can be found at http://www.allaboutexams.com.
• Graphic programs, including Powerpoint, Photoshop, and Fireworks.
