As an assignment for EME6631 I prepared a Gantt chart (6631gantt.pdf) reflecting a work breakdown study and timeline for our group project. Although the project was completed as a group, the Gantt chart was my own work. The Gantt chart was completed in Microsoft project, and included timelines for each major task and subtask, as well as subtasks and resource assignments. This project plan would serve as a baseline against which actual progress could be measured. Project planning was also a major part of my responsibilities at Ocwen Technology Xchange, where I served as project manager for several large projects. Our project management process as OTX was certified as Project Management Institute's CMM Level 2, and I achieved a certification from PMI of Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
