As a part of my instructional systems model proposal for ESRD Laboratory, prepared as an assignment in EME5601 (esrdtrainingproposal.doc), I analyzed the resources that would be required to implement my model, and recognized that the one person training department staff was insufficient to implement the model. It was also recognized that new manpower was not in the budget. As a result, the proposed solution utilized the professional trainer as a coaching resource for implementing the model, with line management, vendors, and customer stakeholders utilized to multiply the effectiveness of the model (page 15).

As an assignment in EME6691, I prepared a project proposal along with two other team members in response to an RFP submitted by another team (6631projectproposal.doc). Although the proposal was prepared as a team, I created the detailed time and cost estimates for the project (pp. 17-20) by analyzing the project deliverables and applying industry standard resource allocations to each deliverable.

In addition, project planning and management, including budgeting, cost and manpower estimates, have been a routine part of my job in various positions throughout my career. For instance, I frequently was assigned to manage cross functional CBT projects in my position at Ocwen Financial.
