Competency-System Relationships

In a systems analysis paper prepared for EME5601 (ocwensystems.doc), I applied Banathy's concepts of systems relationships to the identification of the OTX organization as a multilevel system (page 3). Ocwen's boundaries and relationships within the mortgage industry suprasystem (page 3) were explored, as well as inputs and outputs of the training department as a subsystem (page 4). The role of the training department as an application of Senge's concept of leverage (page 6) was utilized to gain insight into how software product training can be used as an effective marketing tool by reinforcing product feature usage.
