I have utilized written communication skills extensively in my professional career. For instance at Ocwen Technology Xchange I supervised the technical writing team, responsible for user documentation, technical documentation, and online help systems. One from my employment at All About Staffing, where I presented findings from my review of customer satisfaction both as an executive summary (internshipsurvey.doc) as well as in tabular and graphical form (internshipsurveydata.xls), to provide both summary data for those who were only interested in findings, as well as detailed data for those interested in specifics.
