Because I am in the field of corporate training and studying Instructional Design at FSU with a concentration in the design of distance education training courses, I decided to review the web site of one of the leaders in that market - GeoLearning. Their web site, located at www.geolearning.com , is a mixed use site. It is readily apparent that the home page is controlled by the marketing department. But if one digs deeper into the site, it appears that while the primary target audience is the potential buyer of an e-learning product, this site is also intended as a resource for recruiting potential e-learning developers. In addition, it is a support site for existing customers and users, as well as the home for learners who are taking one of their courses. |

Why did I choose the site? One major reason is that I have discussed employment with the company, and felt this would be a good opportunity to learn as much as I can about them. Another reason is that I was attracted by the site. You'll need to check my evaluation page to see why. I do have some suggestions that might make this overall good site even better. |
